Deutsche Bank & PwC join Asia’s largest rewards discussion

Employee Benefits Asia, the biggest regional conference dedicated to compensation & benefits, welcomes top executives from leading employers Deutsche Bank and PwC to the 2017 speaker line-up. They will join other HR pros in keynote presentations, case study analysis, interactive discussions, and networking sessions.

Organised by Human Resources, Asia’s only regional media & events brand, Employee Benefits Asia 2017 is happening in Singapore on 18-19 May, in Hong Kong on 11 May, and in Malaysia on 16-17 May.

Jeremy Broome, regional head of human resources at Deutsche Bank, has an extensive experience executive search particularly in recruitment for wealth and asset management professionals in the UK and Europe. Before starting his current role, Broome served as global human resources business partner for Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management’s Active and Passive Investment Management businesses, and head of HR for Deutsche Asset Management Investment groupe based in Frankfurt. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from Durham University and a master's degree from University of Leicester.

Health and wellness is a personal advocacy that Florence Tan also incorporates into her role as corporate responsibility senior manager at PwC. Throughout her 12 years with the company, she made achievements in staff engagement through the “Great Place to Work Programme,” a staff benefit portal, internal communications, and most recently corporate responsibility and diversity and inclusion. Her current focus is to measure the impact of PwC’s efforts and programmes. Its work has been recognised at ACCA’s Malaysia Sustainability Reporting Awards in 2014 and 2015 for Best Workplace Practices.

Past Employee Benefits Asia attendees are top HR executives from leading and international companies in the region, such as CapitaLand, DHL, General Electric, Heineken, Maersk, The Waltz Disney Company, Rolls-Royce and many more.
