Making a good impression is essential. Whether it’s winning customers or onboarding new employees, the Hong Kong HR team at international bank, Credit Suisse, know the importance of good employer branding – especially when it comes to attracting the city’s best and brightest talent.

Recognition of this came courtesy of the international bank’s taking out the gold trophy in the Excellence in Employer Branding categories at this year’s HR Distinction Awards Hong Kong.

Credit Suisse has excelled in this area with a new global recruitment strategy and by putting together dedicated branding teams – enabling the bank to maximise the impact of new technologies and concentrating key global operations.

The bank's Hong Kong HR team was also singled out for special recognition, being awarded HR Team of the Year at this year's HR Distinction Awards.
