A nurturing environment
As part of its mission to create a fulfilling and caring work ecosystem, Sino continues to support its colleagues through the Employee Wellness Programme, covering four key areas: Physical health, mental health, family relationships and a happy workplace – all of which help our people live better lives both at home and work. Targeting over 10,000 employees and their family members, the programme includes recreational and outdoor activities, special interest classes, family events and other social gatherings.
Green living and innovation
To help employees come up with and put into practice the innovative green living ideas and solutions, Sino launched its ‘Sinovation’ programme in 2019. The programme’s web-based platform enables all to share their ideas about enhancing work performance, efficiency and customer services. Supported by the Sino Innovation Fund, some ideas were turned into reality.
