Companies are ramping up their RPO. Should you?

Bringing the right talent with the right skills on board is harder than ever, which might explain why 58% of organisations around the world plan to increase their use of third-party recruitment firms within the next 12 months.

This is according to the Global Trends in RPO & Talent Recruitment 2014 report, which also found - albeit worryingly - that senior hiring managers did not display a strong understanding of the recruitment outsourcing models available.

In fact, only 26% of companies surveyed had a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) model in place for their recruitment process, while 54% of 385 respondents displayed a lack of familiarity with RPOs.

When well-executed, the outsourcing relationship streamlines the recruitment process and passes it on to someone who is better equipped to meet the organisation’s hiring needs; 88% of survey respondents agreed outsourced recruitment cuts down time invested into the hiring process.

Regardless if you're new to RPO, an expert, or just looking for a second opinion, this year’s Recruitment Interactive 2014 conference will feature recruitment outsourcing as a key round table discussion topic.

What should you look out for to choose the right recruitment partner? How can you make the most out of your investment? What can you do to better foster your RPO partnership?

Hear from the best of HR thought leaders in Singapore as they gather to share their experience and insight.

Recruitment Interactive 2014 will be held on the 20th of November, at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Singapore.
