Central Retail Corporation dominated the Employee Experience Awards 2026 - Thailand, being crowned as the Employee Experience Champion of the Year for the second consecutive year. The multi-format retailing giant gathered an impressive 13 Gold, 5 Silver, and 2 Bronze trophies at the third edition of the awards in Bangkok.
Thailand’s leading HR practitioners gathered to celebrate organisations redefining workplace excellence, as winners were announced at a prestigious gala on 29 May at Shangri-La Bangkok.
This year’s awards featured 45 competitive categories, recognising outstanding achievements across leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition.
