Best retirement benefits investments revealed

What benefits should be prioritised in employer-sponsored retirement initiatives? Aside from costs, which factors must be considered when refining a corporate retirement benefit plan?

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2015, Asia’s premier forum on employee healthcare investment, will convene HR executives from top companies in the region to analyse prevailing questions in retirement planning for the ageing workforce.

Employee Healthcare Interactive is an exclusive, invitation-only one-day event for 100 senior VP and director-level HR practitioners which will take place in Singapore on 3 December at the Four Seasons Hotel.

"Employers are encouraged to approach the development of retirement programmes in a more flexible manner without losing control of costs," said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

"If business leaders want an all-encompassing retirement benefits strategy, they should first realise that formulating a plan that meets the needs of their mature workforce can lead to better productivity, retention and employee satisfaction."

Employee Healthcare Interactive 2015 will address issues in corporate healthcare that are considered critical in the decision-making process of HR executives and compensation & benefits managers, such as retirement plans for an ageing workforce.

In different interactive sessions, speakers will lay down the current options for company executives, HR leaders and other entities involved in decision making for retirement policies.
