The coveted Overall HREA Winner award went to TDCX Philippines.
What a night it was at the HR Excellence Awards 2023, Philippines, on 1 September!
This second edition of the awards saw TDCX Philippines walk home the Overall HREA Winner, amassing an impressive haul of seven gold, two silver, and three bronze trophies.
Their achievements, alongside those of other remarkable victors, took centrestage during a grand gala dinner held at the Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, with the theme of Suit Soiree.

HR Excellence Awards 2023 showcased 33 distinct categories, covering facets such as recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, and retention.
