At the helm: Carlos Quaderi expands his remit to lead Zoom’s APAC business with effect from 1 Aug 2026

Previously Zoom’s Head of Asia, Quaderi will now lead the company’s broader APAC business, with a focus on customer experience, SMB growth, and channel expansion.

Zoom has appointed Carlos Quaderi (pictured above) as its new Head of Asia Pacific (APAC), effective 1 August 2026.

Quaderi, who previously led Zoom’s Asia business, will now take responsibility for the company’s go-to-market activities across APAC: covering Australia and New Zealand, Asia, India, and Korea, excluding Japan.

He will report to Graeme Geddes, Zoom’s Chief Sales and Growth Officer, and remain based in Singapore. During the transition, Quaderi will continue to oversee Zoom’s Asia operations.

The expanded role follows Quaderi’s work leading strategy and sales execution in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. In his new position, he will now oversee the broader APAC region, working closely with regional teams and global leadership to advance the company’s strategic priorities, with a focus on the customer experience business, small and medium-sized business segment, and channel expansion.

Quaderi brings more than three decades of industry experience to the position. Before joining Zoom, he held senior roles at Workday, Amazon Web Services and Microsoft, with responsibility for go-to-market strategy and enterprise growth across Asia Pacific and Japan.
