Agilent Technologies is first-ever HR Grand Winner Malaysia!

The Human Resources Excellence Awards 2013 concluded last Thursday with the biggest winner being Agilent Technologies, winning the HR Grand Winner 2013, awarded to the organisation which performed best across all categories.

UEM Group also made a strong showing at the awards by winning trophies in Excellence in Compensation & Benefits Strategy, Excellence in CSR Practices, Excellence in Employee Development, Excellence in Leadership Development, Excellence in Recruitment & Retention Strategy, Excellence in Talent Management and Excellence in Workplace Well-Being.

The first ever title of HR Professional of the Year was bestowed upon Jenny Ooi from Agilent Technologies, following a strict selection process involving a face-to-face interview session with a selected panel of judges.

The Awards was held at the Hilton Kuala Lumpur and was attended by some of the biggest employer organisations in Malaysia.
