TechConnect took centre stage at the HR Excellence Awards 2025, Indonesia, claiming the coveted Overall HREA Winner title. The leading Indonesian global technology enterprise delivered an exceptional performance, bringing home ten gold, one silver, and one bronze trophy, a true testament to their innovation, excellence, and impact in the HR space.
The gala at The Westin Jakarta on 6 November 2025 was a night to remember. Industry leaders, innovators, and HR trailblazers gathered to celebrate the achievements shaping the future of work in Indonesia. The energy, excitement, and pride in the room were electric.
Now in its seventh edition, the awards have grown into a flagship celebration of HR innovation and leadership. Across 38 categories, it recognises organisations that inspire, transform, and elevate workplaces, fostering environments where people and business thrive together.
This year also introduced a new category: Excellence in Gig Workforce Management, recognising organisations that are building a more inclusive, flexible, and future-ready workforce, integrating talent seamlessly into teams, leveraging expertise, and creating lasting organisational impact.
