Yealink upgrades global operational HQ in Singapore, launches new customer experience centre

The headquarters will support a range of strategic functions, including worldwide market enablement, operational coordination, supply chain collaboration, customer support, and cloud service management.

Yealink, a Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) solutions provider, has upgraded its Singapore Global Operational Headquarters and officially opened a new Customer Experience Center (CEC), marking what is said to be a significant milestone in the company's global operations strategy and long-term investment in customer and partner support.

The opening ceremony brought together customers, partners, government representatives, and members of Singapore's business and technology community. Among those in attendance were:

  1. Jay Liu, Executive Vice President and Board Secretary, Yealink,
  2. Prashant Singh Bishnoi, AI-Powered Workplace Partner Programme Manager – Asia, Microsoft,
  3. Ng Ming Liang, Vice President of the Global Enterprises Division, Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB),
  4. Pang Yee Loy, Senior Director, Asia Pacific at AVIXA, and
  5. Regional enterprise customers and ecosystem partners.

Singapore's strategic role in Yealink's global operations

The expansion comes as Yealink seeks to continue growing its global operational capabilities and customer support services worldwide.

According to the company, Singapore's internationally recognised legal environment, strong data protection regulations, and mature capabilities in cross-border data compliance and privacy governance were among the factors behind its decision to further expand its presence in the country.

As a result, Singapore has been positioned as an important operational centre for Yealink Management Cloud Service (YMCS), with local teams supporting cloud service operations for customers around the world.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Liu highlighted Singapore's importance to the company's future growth plans.

"Singapore represents more than a regional office for Yealink. It is an important operational hub that supports our global service capabilities, trusted operations, and localised customer engagement," he said.

He added that the upgraded operational headquarters reflects the company's long-term commitment to building a globally connected, locally responsive, and trusted collaboration ecosystem.

The headquarters will support a range of strategic functions across Yealink's global business, including worldwide market enablement, operational coordination, supply chain collaboration, customer support, and cloud service management.

Commenting on the expansion, Ng said Yealink's decision to establish the headquarters and centre reflects the country's position as a trusted base for global expansion.

He noted that Singapore's business environment, research and development ecosystem, and skilled talent pool will support the company in scaling communications and digital collaboration solutions globally, while creating opportunities for the local workforce.

New customer experience centre to support engagement and collaboration

The CEC facility is designed to provide customers and partners with hands-on product demonstrations, solution showcases, training programmes, and collaborative experiences.

According to the company, the CEC also reflects its continued investment in local service capabilities, talent development, and long-term collaboration with Singapore's business ecosystem and the wider Southeast Asian market.

Marking the next chapter after 25 years

The latest expansion comes as Yealink marks more than 25 years in the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) industry.

Through ongoing investment in research and development and its experience in the sector, the company says it now serves customers in more than 140 countries and regions worldwide.

Liu concluded: “We are opening a new chapter in Yealink’s global journey — one built on trust, innovation, and long-term partnership.”
