Which jobs provide the best work-life balance?

Having good work-life balance is often deemed as a top career goal for job seekers - and rightly so, considering an overworked workforce does nothing to boost productivity and engagement levels.

To make it easier for employees to identify which positions allow them to maintain a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives, Glassdoor identified 20 of the highest rated jobs for work-life balance.

The list was based on feedback from employees across various industries, who were asked to rate their work-life balance based on a five point scale (1.0 = very dissatisfied, 3.0 = OK, 5.0 = very satisfied).

Here are the top 10 jobs which have the best work-life balance, as published in Glassdoor’s blog:
