Tan Kien Eng, CEO of Publicis Groupe Malaysia, said: "At Publicis Groupe, we are multicultural and multidisciplinary; a melting pot for talent and corporate cultures with different brands and specialist expertise coming together as one collaborative force to solve client challenges. Maureen was part of the pioneering leadership team for Publicis One back in 2016 and I am pleased to welcome Maureen back as part of our core leadership team. Maureen’s experience and expertise will not only help us build a right talent mix, but also help build a unique Power of One culture that allows us to share knowledge, ideas and best practices in an integrated environment."

Gomez said: "Simon Sinek, a great inspiration of mine once said, ‘People don't buy what you do; they buy why you do it. And what you do simply proves what you believe’. This aptly describes why I re-joined Publicis Groupe. I am a strong believer of the group’s country-led solution business model of a connected company platform and will be actively contributing in our transformation journey to complement this by building an organisational culture through values and shared goals. We have a great team and I am excited to be working with the best and most cohesive teams in the industry."
