Up the ranks: Perfios appoints Anu Mathew as Chief People Officer

Also joining Perfios is Sumit Nigam as Chief Technology Officer as the company draws up IPO plans.

India-based B2B SaaS fintech company Perfios recently announced the appointment of two key executives to its leadership team.

Anu Mathew joins as Chief People Officer (CPO) while Sumit Nigam has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as part of Perfios' strategic preparation for an IPO listing over the next 18-24 months, along with plans for global expansion.

CPO Mathew's career spans over two decades, marked by her successful scaling of startups and tenures with global organisations. Having lived and worked in both India and England, she brings experience in building global teams and collaborating with founders and leaders to create high-growth, sustainable organisations with a positive team culture.

She has been credited with playing the role of a coach where she supports leaders in overcoming challenges to enhance their impact and expedite success. Her previous tenures include those with Pine Labs, QwikCilver, HCL, and GE.

On the appointment, Mathew said: "“I am very excited to join Perfios as we step into the next phase of growth. Perfios has a rich culture of collaboration and innovation that creates an environment where our people enjoy work."

She added that, in her role, she looks forward to building the talent strategy to fuel business growth, as well as nurturing a workplace that values diversity, embraces creativity, and empowers every team member to excel.
