In her new role at the Group level, Gomez will lead her team to focus on service excellence, continuous improvement, and business growth.
Michelle Rohini Gomez (pictured above) has stepped into a new role as Head of HR Shared Services Center at Hilti Group, after more than a decade with Hilti Malaysia, where she most recently served as Head of Human Resources.
In her new position, she will lead the development of a new global HR shared service centre based out of Malaysia.
Announcing the move on LinkedIn, Gomez shared that the new chapter is especially meaningful as it gives her the opportunity to build "a people-first organisation that delivers outstanding service, drives continuous improvement and enables our business to grow."
Before taking on the HR lead role from 2021 to June 2026, Gomez served as Human Resource Business Partner from January 2020 to March 2021, and Recruitment Specialist from April 2016 to January 2020. Prior to joining Hilti, she held roles at Lazada Group, Mesiniaga Alliances, and Recruit Express Services, where she gained experience across recruitment, selection, employee engagement, and employer branding.
Reflecting on her journey, she expressed gratitude for the opportunities, experiences, leaders and colleagues who shaped her decade-long career at Hilti Malaysia.
"Looking forward to this new challenge and everything we will build together," she added.
