Saumya brings to the role about 17 years of experience in HR, having spent a decade moving up the ranks at PepsiCo based in India.
McDonald's Corporation has called on Saumya Mittal as its new Chief People Officer for Asia, based in Singapore. In this role, she will be responsible for the end-to-end People Agenda for the company's Asia markets.
Sharing the update in a LinkedIn poston Thursday (21 August), she said: "The opportunity to partner with our exceptional leaders and talent is immense!
"Asia is a vibrant and growing market, and I'm looking forward to collaborating with the team to champion our people agenda."
Saumya brings to the role about 17 years of experience in HR, having spent a decade moving up the ranks at PepsiCo based in India. She was most recently APAC Commercial HR Lead at Google, where she was responsible for leading an APAC-wide team to drive transformational and sustainable HR practices across the region.
