Up the ranks: Khoo Teck Puat Hospital & Yishun Community Hospital appoint Christina Moh as CHRO

Most recently Deputy CHRO, Moh steps into the role succeeding Cynthia Lee, who is taking on an expanded Group HR leadership position at NHG Health.

Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH) have appointed Christina Moh as their new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective July 2025.

Moh takes on the role after serving as Deputy CHRO since August 2025. She first joined KTPH and YCH as HR Director in August 2024, KTPH said on LinkedIn.

Moh has been credited for the role she played in driving workforce optimisation and transformation, strengthening HR governance, and improving end-to-end HR service delivery during her time with the organisation. With more than 30 years of HR experience, she now assumes responsibility for leading the people agenda across both hospitals.

Before joining KTPH and YCH, Moh served as HR Director, Asia Pacific for Research Analytics, Scientific, Technical & Medical Education at Elsevier, where she oversaw HR initiatives across APAC.

The appointment follows the departure of Cynthia Lee, who is stepping down as CHRO after six years to take on an expanded role as Director, Group HR at NHG Health.

During her tenure, Lee has been credited for championing staff wellbeing initiatives that became embedded within the culture of KTPH and YCH, contributing to improvements in employee engagement and earning national recognition for both hospitals.

She also strengthened leadership development for key talent by establishing opportunities to build capabilities across the organisation. Her contributions were recognised with the Public Administration Medal (Silver) (COVID-19).

In its announcement, KTPH welcomed Moh into her new role while expressing appreciation for Lee's contributions over the past six years.
