India's Jindal Stainless has appointed Suresh Bose as its Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 11 October 2021. In this role, Suresh is responsible for driving people strategy, workplace culture, talent management, and future growth in the organisation.
Prior to joining Jindal Stainless, Suresh was a Director in the CEO & Chairman Office at Vendata Group, where he was credited with increasing diversity percentage from 5% to 15% in EXCO members. Before that, he plied his trade as a HR lead at Mahindra & Mahindra, Ford Motors, and Larsen & Toubro (L&T). He has 30 years of experience, and counting, in the HR function.
On his appointment, Suresh said: "I am delighted to be joining India’s largest stainless steel manufacturing company which is poised for its next phase of growth. I look forward to propelling this growth through a highly engaged workforce, a transformative work culture, and progressive future-oriented policies."
