Bringing more than 18 years of HR leadership experience across FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail, Pankaj Tripathi joins Apis India as the company strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of growth.
Apis India, an organised honey trader, has appointed Pankaj Tripathi as General Manager, Human Resources, Administration & IT, as part of a broader leadership reshuffle aimed at strengthening its organisational capabilities and supporting future business growth.
Pankaj joins the FMCG company with more than 18 years of experience spanning the FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail sectors. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and has built his career across strategic HR leadership, talent management, industrial relations, and HR digitalisation.
Prior to joining Apis India, he held HR leadership roles at DS Group, PVR INOX, Mahindra Group, and Royal Orchid Hotels, where he led initiatives across people strategy and organisational development.
His appointment comes as Apis India continues to expand its operations following what it noted was a strong financial year. The company recently reported its highest-ever consolidated annual turnover of Rs390.51cr for FY2025-26, representing an approximately 11.5% year-on-year increase. During the fourth quarter, consolidated net profit rose 27.3% year on year to Rs10.35cr, while revenue grew 8.6% year on year to Rs97.89cr.
Alongside Pankaj’s appointment, Apis India also announced two other senior leadership hires:
- Ankit Nagar has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel
- Arun Mishra has been appointed National Sales Head, General Trade
Commenting on the appointments, Amit Anand, Managing Director said the new leadership team would play an important role in supporting the company's strategic priorities as it enters its next phase of expansion.
Specifically on Pankaj, he added: “Pankaj's deep experience in people leadership and talent development will help us build a future-ready workforce and foster a high-performance culture."
