Tackling the region’s talent shortage

Every HR leader in Southeast Asia with a direct responsibility for recruitment is aware of the on-going struggle to locate and attract the best talent available.

According to a recent ManpowerGroup Talent Shortage Survey, a whopping 51% of employers in the region cite skill gaps as the biggest problem working against them during the hiring process. Additionally, 47% of employers in Singapore are frustrated by the same thing this year, a worrying 10% increase from 2012.

Although organisations are attempting to tackle their talent woes by adopting more effective HR systems and processes, Human Resources magazine is pleased to announce a new unique event to aid in your recruitment efforts.

Recruitment Interactive 2013 is Asia’s first dedicated recruitment event, which will see senior HR leaders from across the region gather on November 28th to discuss critical talent issues and share recruitment best practices and case studies.

As well as a full-day of thought provoking speakers and panel discussions, this first-time event will also incorporate multiple interactive round-table discussions, allowing you to better communicate, share and debate with your HR peers.

Join other HR leaders from around Asia at Recruitment Interactive 2013 to hear how they have successfully changed their organisation’s recruitment landscape through well-planned talent acquisition strategies.
