Roffey Park puts leadership into the HR Leaders Summit

Internationally-renowned leadership institute, Roffey Park, has underscored its expertise in high-level leadership strategy by signing on as a sponsor of the HR Leaders Summit, Asia’s most prestigious event for the region’s most senior HR executives.

The HR Leaders Summit is an ultra-exclusive, invitation-only conference for senior HR executives to be held at the Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa on the island of Phuket in southern Thailand on 16-18 May 2016.

"I look forward to sharing our work on caring and compassionate leadership, and its role in boosting productivity through a resilient, energised and engaged workforce," said Michael Jenkins, Roffey Park’s chief executive officer.

Jenkins’ presentation on "How employee engagement drives growth and productivity" will explore the elements of engagement often not considered - resilience and compassion.

How can resilience be enhanced at both an individual level and organisational level? How can leaders reposition compassion in a way that is meaningful, actionable and delivers results?
