其母公司表示會盡快就索償金額及明細通知員工。

開業33年的香港連鎖粥店海皇粥店宣布全線結業，即日起終止全體員工僱傭合約。

據本地傳媒報導，其母公司海皇國際有限公司董事局於2025年5月7 日向全體員工發信表示，基於經營環境及公司財務狀況惡化等因素而作出相關決定，並於同日關閉所有店舖及辦公室。

信中提到，公司隨後將以債權人自願清盤的方式進行清盤，並會盡快就未發放的工資、代通知金、累積年假、遣散費等的索償金額及明細通知員工。員工可以就其法律權利及索償金額等疑問向勞工處諮詢。

根據其官方網頁顯示，海皇粥店在全港各區共有七間分店。
