Prior to this shift, Nazemian worked for the last two and a half year with Roche as its global HR business partner, based in Switzerland, supporting more than 3,000 communications and HR employees in 160 countries across the globe.

Nazemian has 18 years of experience at operational and strategic levels and started his professional career in sales and commercial roles for six years, before shifting into HR, which he believes has helped him to truly understand HR “from the outside in”.

He is also known for co-writing a number of books and an often quoted article series with Professor Dave Ulrich on transforming the HR function.
