Employers and expatriates are advised to plan ahead and complete all passport submissions, sub-product payments, and passport collections before the cut-off time of 12:15pm.
The MYXpats Centre has announced a half-day closure today (Friday, 3 October 2025), from 12:15pm to 5:00pm, to allow its staff to undergo a scheduled training session.
During this period, the Centre’s service counters will not be available, meaning employers and expatriates are urged to complete all passport submissions, sub-product payments, and passport collections before the cut-off time of 12:15pm on the same day. The standard three-working-day processing timeline will continue to apply.
Importantly, the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) and Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) systems will remain fully operational, and applications may still be submitted online. Telephone and email support services will also continue as usual.
Normal operating hours at the MYXpats Centre will resume on Monday (6 October 2025).
