JTH reveals secrets of its HR success in red carpet video interview

It was a big night for the JTH Group. Having just been hailed the grand winner for Best Corporate HR Team at last month’s Asia Recruitment Awards, Jenny Pong (director of human resources) and Carmen Chan (head of employee engagement) were good enough to give Human Resources a little of their time to elaborate on the company’s achievements during this exclusive red-carpet after-award interview.

In addition to the accolade of best overall corporate HR team, JTH also received three gold awards for Best On-Boarding Experience, Best Candidate Experience and Best Mobile Recruitment Strategy.
