HR job moves: Chanel appoints new talent management head for APAC

Effective from the beginning of February, the Asia Pacific division of Chanel has snapped up Sally Wong as its new head of talent management. Immediately before her current role, she spent four years at US confectionary company, Mars, where she held several roles including people organisation director and global talent effectiveness director.

Prior to this, Sally spent a year as a senior HR manager at shoemaker Adidas and six years at Esquel Group where she focused on organisational development and talent management. She also held down key roles at both Goldman Sachs and Swire Beverages before her time as Esquel.

Sally holds a Masters degree in English linguistics from Hong Kong Baptist University and is impressively credentialled, holding certification in organisational coaching and change management, among other aspects of HR.
