Fast Retailing's HR director to speak at Recruitment Interactive 2014

27 October 2014, Singapore – Human Resources, the organiser of Singapore’s premier recruitment strategy conference, Recruitment Interactive 2014, is delighted to announce that Tho Lye Sam, senior director HR APAC at global retail holding company Fast Retailing, has joined the event’s panel of expert speakers.

Tho will be sharing her experience and insight on building a diverse and inclusive workforce in a 25,000-employee company in a panel session, alongside Geraldine Ho, general manager of corporate HR at Eu Yan Sang; Jeannine Hertel, chief operations officer at Mercuri Urval; and Alan Agnew, head of talent acquisition eastern hemisphere at Philips.

Together, the panel of speakers will thoroughly discuss the importance of inclusion and its place as the key to diversity, how to align diversity strategies to business objectives and how to go about recruiting and retaining a diverse cross-section of employees.

I am definitely interested to hear Tho share her insights into diversity and how their workplace culture, despite the huge disparities in location, can remain aligned to the overarching business objectives.”
