Get the inside scoop on the strategies Google, GroupM and Philips use to recruit top talent at our upcoming regional conference, Talent Management 2013.
Human Resources, organiser of the two-day conference, can now unveil the full details of the event’s first session on the topic of talent acquisition.
To start the session, Michael Wright, head of talent acquisition APAC at GroupM, and Aditya K Roy, Google's director of people operations APAC sales, will each present a case study on how to recruit talent effectively, and the challenges and global trends in talent acquisition.
Following the case studies Alan Agnew, head of talent acquisition ASEAN & Pacific at Philips, will join both Wright and Roy on stage for an engaging panel discussion.
These three experts will examine topics such as the crucial aspects of the recruitment process and how the recent economic downturn and slow recovery may impact talent acquisition strategies.
The panel will also respond to questions from the audience via roving microphones, allowing delegates to participate in the insightful discussion.
“Identifying, attracting, and hiring talent is one of the biggest challenges faced by companies today,” said Ang Yoke Han, Lighthouse’s conference producer.
“We are pleased to have GroupM, Google and Philips on board to share their extensive knowledge on talent acquisition with our conference delegates. This will be a good opportunity for delegates to find out how companies can win the war on talent by hiring the best and the brightest through a sustainable strategy.”
Talent Management 2013 will be held from 12-13 March at the Novotel Clarke Quay in Singapore.
