On the new role, she shared: “I am excited to be part of IHRP’s purpose to empower HR as strategic enablers for businesses, and our employees are the ones who will bring to life IHRP’s vision and mission. At the same time, the hybrid work model is here to stay, and we must transform the employee experience to be inclusive, modern, and inspiring to support every employee’s work and well-being."
