Up the Ranks: Roy Pang takes up the role of CHRO at Plaza Premium Group

Known for his strategic vision and dynamic leadership style, the leader is committed to fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment amongst employees.

Plaza Premium Group (PPG), Hong Kong-based airport hospitality services provider, has announced the appointment of Roy Pang (pictured above) as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role, Pang will oversee all aspects of human resources, including strategic planning, talent management and leadership development.

He will work closely with all departments to ensure that the HR services are aligned with the company’s goals and business needs alongside the company’s vision, mission, and values.

Known for his strategic vision and dynamic leadership style, Pang brings a wealth of HR experience and expertise to PPG, with a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment amongst employees.

Before joining PPG, Pang most recently served as Group Human Resources Director at ImagineX Group, where he was instrumental in driving key strategic initiatives and enhancing workforce productivity. Prior to that, he served at JLL’s Work Dynamics for Greater China and Korea, managing HR operations and developing policies that improved employee relations and business practices.
