Up the ranks: Geometry Global Japan appoints Erika Iwai to oversee HR

Brand activation agency Geometry Global Japan has appointed Erika Iwai as senior HR manager, responsible for developing and implementing talent strategy. She will oversee HR, recruiting, and learning and development; and report to Ichiro Ota, CEO of Geometry Global Japan.

Erika joins Geometry Japan from global gaming company, Riot Games in Los Angeles, where she played a role of lead HR business partner for corporate business functions. Prior to Riot Games, she was with global supply chain teams at Mattel as HR business partner, and helped transform its talent strategy.

Commenting on her appointment, Ichiro Ota, said, "Creating a culture that attracts, retains and motivates is a key focus for us. Erika is passionate about employee engagement and collaboration. We look forward to integrating her perspective and experience into our company strategy and push and enhance the employee experience."
