Telecommunications giant Singtel lit up the stage at the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Singapore, emerging as one of the night's biggest winners. The organisation clinched the coveted Employee Experience Champion of the Year title, alongside an impressive haul of five gold and two silver trophies.
The sixth annual awards ceremony, held on 5 June (Friday) at the beautiful Shangri-La Singapore, brought together Singapore's leading HR innovators and people-first organisations to celebrate the teams and initiatives redefining what great employee experiences look like in today's workplace.
Featuring 43 contestable award categories across four key pillars – Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition, the awards recognised organisations that have gone beyond the conventional to create meaningful, measurable impact on their people and workplace culture.
