Meet the winners: Employee Experience Awards 2021, Malaysia

Keysight Technologies has taken the top honours as Employee Experience Champion of the Year, while Emmanuel Jean Louis Nivet of AXA Affin General Insurance was voted Most Inspiring Leader.

The winners for Employee Experience Awards 2021, Malaysia were announced on 24 June 2021 in a virtual award announcement ceremony.

Honouring HR’s commitment to workplace transformation, the Employee Experience Awards is here to reward top-notch HR teams and individuals with business stories that inspire, educate and move the dial on employee experience (EX). The key focus for the brand-new awards is deeply rooted in the three pillars that are cornerstones for a positive EX: leadership, learning and employee engagement.

The awards are judged by a panel of top HR leaders. Judges were impressed by the quality and standard of entries with a number of clear winners emerging top as assessed during the judging period. This year, the panel includes senior HR professionals from brands such as American Express Malaysia, AXA Affin Insurance, Berjaya Corporation, Columbia Asia Group, Habib Jewels, Maybank, U Mobile, UMW Corporation, Volvo Malaysia and more.
