As companies push for faster growth and transformation, the Chief Human Resources Officer of Thai Union Group says the real challenge for HR leaders is ensuring people, capability, and culture are not left behind in the race for productivity.
Although she holds three passports, none of them Thai, Helen Snowball (pictured above), who relocated to Bangkok earlier this year, says Thailand feels like home.
Speaking about the HR landscape in Thailand in a recent interview, she says the number one challenge for HR leaders today is balancing the speed of business growth with the pace of capability and culture change.
Snowball brings extensive international experience across business management, sales leadership, and human resources. Having worked across organisations including PropertyGuru, JLL, Kraft Foods, and Coca-Cola Amatil, she joined Thai Union Group in January 2026 as Chief Human Resources Officer.
