Asia’s leading L&D conference returns in July

Organised by Human Resources, Asia’s only HR media & events brand, Training & Development Asia, will gather top business leaders and senior HR professionals to examine the latest trends on human capital management, professional development, and organisational change.

Training & Development Asia, the region’s biggest conference on corporate learning & development strategy, will take place in Hong Kong on July 7, in Malaysia on August 15-16, in Singapore on August 17-18, and in the Philippines on August 17.

“Delegates can expect more insightful analysis and practical approaches to make learning & development programmes more effective,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “The key case studies and interactive sessions at Training & Development Asia 2017 will be led by industry gurus and game changers.”

Training & Development Asia will explore the most crucial issues being faced by HR leaders today in the areas of learning & development, HR technology, succession planning, and talent development. Training & Development 2017 is packed with keynote presentations, panel sessions, tracked breakout workshops, and scheduled networking breaks.

“Training & Development 2017 will present highly accomplished HR leaders who will unravel today’s challenges in L&D and share their solutions,” said Evon Yew, regional producer at Human Resources magazine. “Other topics that will be discussed at the conference are the alignment of learning transformation and organisational change, the role of learning technologies in employee engagement, and handling high potential development.”

Past Training & Development Asia conferences were participated in by MNCs and the most reputable firms across Asia, such as BNP Paribas, Citi, McDonald’s, Manulife, Seagate Technology, Telstra, VISA Worldwide and many more. All presenters & panellists, such as Mimi Fu, director of learning and development at Ocean Park, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

To be held in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and the Philippines, Training & Development Asia is Asia’s biggest conference dedicated to training & development.
