Asia’s favourite recruitment conference comes to Malaysia

Across the region, hiring managers are feeling the pressure as the ever-increasing need for talent continues to outweigh the available supply.

This stretch for people means organisations based in Malaysia are forced to compete with each other - whether in the same industry or not - to attract and retain the country's best and brightest.

The struggle is concerning to HR in Malaysia, particularly as the need for stronger "people issues" now ranks much higher on the CEOs agenda.

In response to this, Human Resources’ magazine is bringing its most popular recruitment event to Malaysia.

Sold out last year in Singapore, Recruitment Interactive Malaysia 2014 will take the best bits of a traditional conference and combine them with the advantages of interactive round table discussions – all while keeping the topic spotlight specifically on the concerns of HR professionals in Malaysia.

This event will gather leading experts from around Malaysia and across the region, to share their experience and knowledge via keynote presentations, lively panel discussions and valuable interactive round tables.

The round tables will be focused on five key recruitment areas: Social media, candidate sourcing, recruitment outsourcing, selection excellence and technology and innovation.

Recruitment Interactive Malaysia 2014 will be held on the 3rd of December, at the Westin Kuala Lumpur Hotel in Malaysia.
