Content Policy

All use of the Human Resources magazine Online Content (“HROC”) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Human Resources (“HR”) reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement. Changes will be posted on the Human Resources magazine Online Web site (www.humanresourcesonline.net).

Definitions

HRC contains two types of content:

  1. “HROCs Own Content” means information and/or images entered into HROC by employees and authorised representatives of HR.
  2. “Other Content” means any other information and/or images entered into HROC by Users or other persons.

Use of Human Resources Content

HR hereby grants you the right to access and use HROC for free and under the terms described in this Agreement. The User may not disseminate any portion of HROC through electronic means, including mail lists or electronic bulletin boards, without the prior consent of HR. Consent for special arrangements regarding electronic distribution may be obtained from HR by contacting the publisher, Justin Randles.

Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, HROC may not be reproduced, transmitted, or distributed without HR’s permission. The User may not commingle any portion of HROC with any other information and shall not edit, modify, or alter any portion. All of HROC’S Own Content is either the property of Lighthouse Independent Media. (“Lighthouse”) or is licensed to Lighthouse. The User shall honor all reasonable requests by HR to protect HR’s proprietary interests in HROC.

If you wish to highlight a certain content piece on your website. You are only allowed to reproduce a maximum of 15 words (inclusive of the headlines) of the content piece on your website and provide a hyperlink to the appropriate web page in www.humanresourcesonline.net. No images are to be reproduced.
