In this clip, you will see a number of people who have applied for the “world’s toughest job” and who are sitting down to real-life interviews for the position of Director of Operations at a company called Rehtom Inc.

The hiring manager outlines the position and what is required, and we get to see the reactions of the candidates in real-time as they’re being interviewed via webcam.
