Publicis Groupe Malaysia has appointed Maureen Gomez as Chief Talent Officer. Prior to this, she held the position of Head of People and Culture for Base Digital Agency.
As Chief Talent Officer of Publicis Groupe Malaysia, Gomez will be responsible for building and growing the talent and culture as well as play an important role in ensuring synergy across the group.
Working closely with business leads of the group’s agencies, she will focus on identifying and recruiting top talents, employee development and performance management, as well as placing active measure for employee retention.
She will oversee the group’s entire HR function and report directly to the CEO of Publicis Groupe Malaysia, Tan Kien Eng.
She brings over 12 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, and has worked in various industries, including engineering, manufacturing, but primarily serving the longest in the advertising industry.
In the past, Maureen has spent over three years as the Head of People & Culture with Leo Burnett and Publicis One Chief Talent Officer from 2016 onwards for the group.
