Antonio Ramirez, senior vice president of human resources at Sands China, has been confirmed to deliver a keynote presentation at the upcoming Talent Management 2013 conference, organised by Human Resources magazine.

Ramirez will share his in-depth knowledge and experience with the audience on how HR professionals can identify, grow and retain talent through a winning talent management strategy.

“The key to success of managing talents is to provide our employees with the right tools that allow them to enjoy work and also reach their potential at the same time,” said Ramirez.

Rebecca Lewis, editor of Human Resources magazine, said the inclusion of Sands China – the leading developer, owner and operator of multi-use integrated resorts in Macao – as a keynote speaker is an enticing inclusion to the Talent Management 2013 agenda.

“With Sands China being such a large company managing thousands of employees across multiple casinos, hotels, bars and restaurants, it will be fascinating to hear how HR has streamlined their talent management strategies alongside the rapid growth of the organisation,” she said.

Currently, Ramirez oversees all leadership development, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, communication initiatives and human resources practices and policies within the organisation across Macau, Hong Kong and China.

Additionally, he is one of Sands China’s executive committee members.
