Raya allowance worth RM500 for Negeri Sembilan's civil servants

In a report by Bernama, it has been announced that civil servants in Negeri Sembilan will receive a special allowance for Aidilfitri worth RM 500. Applicable to all the 6,323 civil servants in the state, it will be paid with this month's salary on June 15.

Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the allowance, totalling RM3.16 million, would be given to permanent, contract and part-time staff.

"It will also be paid to staff of agencies, state government subsidiaries and local authorities. We approved the payment at the meeting just now," he said to reporters after chairing the weekly meeting of the State Executive Council at Wisma Negeri, per Bernama.
