Park will enlighten delegates about worldwide immigration law as well as inspections and immigration audits.

The most effective talent pipeline solutions for overseas talent deployment and management will be specified during the keynote session of Thiyagarajan Govindasamy, regional director of human resources at Danfoss Industries.

The challenges in the deployment and management of mobile talent in the future will be one of the highlights of a panel discussion to be led by Sanjay Ray, global head rewards for performance management & operations at AET, Ian Johnson, senior vice president for client development at Brookfield Global Relocation, Rita Chye, global mobility lead for policy & administration at General Motors and Tarun Gulrajani, human resources head at REHAU.
The panel discussion will address concerns in cost reduction amid demands and expectations of talent and the revision of mobility compensation policies to achieve business objectives.
