Digital Mindset and Innovation Culture
Achieving success with a concerted organisation-wide digitalisation effort
According to Fujitsu’s “The Digital Transformation PACT” report, 2018, an overwhelming 92% of business leaders surveyed in Singapore say their customers expect them to be more digital, with 68% of these leaders admitting that there is a clear lack of digital skills within their organisation.
While digital transformation is at the top of the agenda for most CEOs, developing digital capabilities and a digital mindset is a high priority for individuals, companies, governments and even nation states. Yet leaders struggle to define a clear and shared understanding of what digital is and how to shift the workforce from a state of denial to active engagement with digital.
Research from McKinsey shows that incumbents that move fast to adopt digital can retain significant market share against digital disruptors and non-traditional competitors - but firms that are slow to move and those that remain in digital denial either lose the majority of their market share, go bankrupt or are acquired.
So how do you become a fast adopter of digital and learn from other faster-moving firms across different industries? What works to engage and transform a workforce? What do digital leaders need to be good at?
Led by an HR digitalisation expert based in Singapore, this two-day workshop involves highly interactive discussions and activity among delegates. He will also share real-world case studies and strategies to maximise the benefit of his knowledge and experience in equipping yourself with a digital mindset and innovation culture. Delegates will gain a holistic understanding and appreciation of the positive contribution they could deliver to the overall business.
