It’s inching closer to 10am and nearly half our colleagues are still not at work yet, thanks to this truck.

The massive vehicle was exiting a construction site adjacent to our office building when it jack-knifed, causing a long traffic jam around the corner. Although you can’t see it from the photo, the traffic snaked all the way back along Pasir Panjang Road – and was stuck there for 45 minutes.

Employees working in buildings along the road chose to either park their vehicles elsewhere for the morning, or wait it out.

Cue a lot of angry commuters, and – we’re guessing – some very angry construction bosses!
