Dr Ng Wee Tong, senior consultant of occupational and aviation medicine medical director at ST Healthcare takes the stage with his keynote presentation on fitness to work programmes. Trained both in the UK (University of Leicester and King’s College London) and Singapore, he has been a practitioner of industrial and aviation safety, health and human factors for 15 years.

It's now time for the fourth intetractice session with one of the topics being data analytics in healthcare. This topic is moderated by Neil Narale, employee health and benefits leaders, Singapore, Mercer Marsh Benefits; and Ted Minkinow, group chief information officer at Fullerton Health.
Rachael Tay, chief of benefits strategy and sales of CXA Groups now takes centre stage to present an in-depth introduction into the process of implementation. Part of CXA's pioneering team, she is responsible for business development and building out CXA’s Flex Wellness Marketplace offering across Asia. She was previously the Singapore director of business development at Mercer Marsh Benefits.
Today, she will share her expertise on understanding the details of flexible benefits, along with identifying notable checkpoints when restructuring from a traditional benefits programme to a flexible one.
