HREA jury spotlight: Khaw Li-Ki

Khaw Li-Ki, head of human resources for The Australia & New Zealand Banking Group has joined the panel of judges for the Human Resources Excellence Awards Singapore.

Li-Ki brings with her more than 20 years of experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions across Asia Pacific. Leading the HR teams in Singapore and Malaysia at ANZ, Li-Ki plays a strategic role in the development of people strategy to support the bank's aspiration to become a super regional bank.

Prior to ANZ, Li-Ki was a HR relationship leader at American Express based in Singapore, where she was a key business partner to various businesses across APAC in talent management, organisational design and effectiveness, employee engagement, performance outcomes and people practices to drive business outcomes. She was also instrumental in building the global servicing centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The winners of the Human Resources Excellence Awards will be revealed on May 22 at the St. Regis Singapore.
