Naresh Kumar is an experienced human resource professional with 20 years of experience in various industries ranging from pharmaceutical MNCs, local biotech organisations to the hospitality industry. He has worked as a senior HR professional at organisations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi-Aventis and the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, among others.
His expertise is in recruitment, organisation development, training and industrial relations and he has designed and conducted organisation development initiatives such as assessment centres, recruitment centres and talent management strategies. He has also initiated talent audits and developmental plans for employees.
He is an accredited trainer of Ken Blanchard’s SL II (situational leadership) and the Pillville business training programme (Sweden), among others and also a certified trainer of the GlaxoSmithKline Academy, UK.
He has a wealth of experience in leading HR soft skills for a variety of different levels of employees by conducting programmes such as leadership essentials, coaching for peak performance, effective people management skills and recruitment and selection, as well as industrial relations.
