Lenard Cheong has just under 30 years of work experience, much of it in human resources. He has worked in leading companies in the hi-tech, consulting, search and selection, and financial services sectors, including PA Consulting, Futurestep/Korn Ferry, Deloitte Consulting SEA and Maxis.
Originally an analyst programmer, his HR experience now covers recruitment strategy and operations, management assessment, HR business partnering, talent acquisition and learning and development. He is now the Head of Talent Management and Learning & Development with Great Eastern Life Assurance Malaysia. He holds a BSc in Computing from the University of Westminster and an MBA from Cass Business School.
