Here are the major promotions and job moves in the world of HR for this week.

HR Practitioner Appointments

Elizabeth Keller moves up the ranks at Standard Chartered  Previously the Regional Lead - International Mobility ASA GCNA, Keller was promoted in September to the role of global head - international mobility & immigration at the bank. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Keller was the director of account management at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation& Moving. She remains based in Singapore.

Kiran Dhillon joins CtrlShift Group Dhillon joined the firm in September 2017 to serve as the firm's regional director for people and organisation. This saw her moving away from her previous role as HR director (Asia) at iProperty Group. Before that, Dhillon was with Pacific Inter-link as their regional head of HR for Asia. She remains based in Malaysia.

Carousell welcomes Frederic Bonifassy to its recruitment team Bonifassy joined the firm in September 2017 in the role of senior technical recruiter, moving away from his previous company, Pocketmath, where he was the senior manager for talent acquisition. He joined Pocketmath in January 2016 to serve as their manager for talent acquisition. He will  remain based in Singapore.

Cecilia Lau is the talent acquisition manager, HRBP at Nestlé Having joined the company in 2013 as a training and development specialist, Lau quickly moved up the ranks, most recently being promoted to the role of talent acquisition manager, HRBP. Prior to joining Nestlé, Lau was with Bank Consortium Trust Company as a training manager. She remains based in Hong Kong.

Esther Ah Yong takes up a new role at HSBC In September 2017, HSBC appointed Ah Yong to the role of assistant manager for recruitment. This saw her moving away from her previous role as a recruitment specialist with Allegis Group where she was attached to HSBC as an onsite recruiter. Prior to that, Ah Yong was a recruitment consultant at Ambition Asia. She remains based in Malaysia.

HNA Innovation Finance Group welcomes Benjamin Lau Lau joined the firm in July 2017 to serve as their global talent acquisition manager, moving away from his previous role as a recruitment relationship manager via Allegis Global Solutions at HSBC. Prior to that, he was an associate consultant at Astbury Marsden. Lau will remain based in Hong Kong.

HR Solutions Provider Appointments

WeWork appoints Jenny Chan to lead public affairs in Asia Chan joined the serviced offices firm in September 2017 to serve as their head of public affairs, Asia. This saw her moving away from The Hoffman Agency, where she has been since 2009 with her most recent role being vice president of global business development. With this move, Chan will be based in Shanghai.

Zach Vogel moves up the ranks at Allegis Group Having joined the staffing and recruitment firm in December 2014, Vogel quickly moved up the ranks, most recently being promoted to the role of general manager from his previous role as head of contract recruitment services, APAC. He will remain based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Allegis Group, Vogel was the VOP operations manager at Aerotek.

Lobhini G. joins KellyOCG as an operations specialist In this new role, Lobhini G.'s responsibilities includes managing the flow of a workplace and optimising day-to-day activities. Prior to joining KellyOCG, she was a recruitment consultant at ManpowerGroup - Experis. Lobhini G. will remain based in Malaysia.

On her new role, Lobhini G. told Human Resources: "With the year coming to an end, my top priority to wrap up Q4 is basically to get a grasp of the company's culture. Be flexible, adapt, learn new skills, and adjust as necessary."

Sales Ninja welcomes Michelle Gomes Gomes joined the professional training and coaching firm in October 2017 in the role of solution sales manager. This saw her moving away from her previous role with Quorse as a key account manager. Prior to that, she was the team lead at Info Trek. Gomes will remain based in Malaysia.
