With the ever-evolving world of work, HR and business leaders find themselves faced with roadblocks or business gaps without existing solutions in the market. This is where HR start-ups come in, bringing innovative new solutions to plug existing gaps.

Over the past six years, capital injections into global HR tech start-ups have been steadily growing from US$413 million in 2012 to a record US$2.22 billion in 2016, according to market intelligence platform CB Insights.
